We want you to love your Justin Bieber official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
